My goal is to provide every client with a beautiful, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. To help appointments run smoothly and ensure each client receives the time and attention they deserve, please review the following policies before booking.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.

Appointments & Deposits

  •A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

   •Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward the remaining balance of your service.

  •Appointment details, including the service location, will be provided once your deposit has been received.

•Deposits are non-refundable; however, they may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

•Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a new deposit.

•Appointments requested with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered last-minute bookings and are subject to a $25 booking fee, based on availability.

Thank you for understanding that deposits protect the time reserved especially for you.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• I completely understand that plans can change.

  If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment.

  Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit may be required to book another appointment.

  All deposits are non-refundable.

  Preparing for Your Appointment

  To help me provide the best possible application and keep your appointment running on time, please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and groomed eyebrows, unless otherwise instructed.

  If additional preparation is needed before your service, such as removing existing makeup or additional brow/facial-hair cleanup, a $15 preparation fee may apply.

  A little preparation beforehand helps us make the most of your appointment time and focus on creating your finished look.

  Guest Policy

  Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

  To maintain a comfortable and relaxing environment, please avoid bringing additional guests unless arrangements have been made with me in advance.

  If you need to bring someone with you, please reach out before your appointment.

  Late Arrivals

  I value your time and kindly ask that you value mine as well. Arriving on time allows me to give you the full experience and helps prevent delays for clients scheduled after you.

  • Arrivals 15 minutes late are subject to a $15 late fee.

  • Arrivals of 20 minutes or more may need to be canceled or rescheduled.

  • If your appointment cannot be completed due to a late arrival, your deposit will remain non-refundable, and a new deposit may be required to rebook.

    •If you are running behind, please reach out as soon as possible.

  Health & Wellness

  Your health and comfort are important to me.

  If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a potentially contagious illness, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.

  For everyone’s safety, Jesstetics Beauty reserves the right to reschedule or discontinue a service when there is a health or sanitation concern.
